School Closure

EXTENDED SCHOOL CLOSURE – TUESDAY, 4 FEBRUARY 2025

Due to further advice regarding anticipated weather conditions, Townsville Grammar School will be closed on Tuesday, 4 February. This includes our three campuses, two Early Education Centres and the OSHC service. We have made this decision in line with our critical incidents policy, whereby we follow the advice of Education Queensland and the emergency services in the interests of the safety of students, staff, and the wider community.

Our boarders are all safe and dry and our Boarding House and kitchen remain staffed and operating as normal.

Our thoughts remain with our local and regional communities at this time. Please stay tuned for further information. Communications will continue to be posted to the School App, facebook, instagram and the website.
